Jaime Lopez is a civil litigation attorney and associate at Millin & Millin, PLLC. His education and experience have equipped him with the knowledge and tools necessary to assist clients in multiple practice areas.
A native of McAllen, Texas, Jaime received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas in 2005 and graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 2008. He was a Dean’s Scholarship Recipient and competed in the Thad T. Hutchinson Moot Court Competition.
Range of Experience
In 2008, Jaime started his legal career practicing commercial litigation and toxic torts with Sheehy, Ware, and Pappas, a prominent law firm in Houston, Texas. In 2011, he returned to his hometown and joined the Law Office of J.F. Tinoco as a general practitioner working in the fields of civil litigation, trademark infringement, personal injury, immigration, real estate, construction, and family law. In 2014, Jaime began clerking for the Honorable Ricardo H. Hinojosa, U.S. District Judge for Southern District of Texas. He worked with Judge Hinojosa until 2018 when he joined Millin & Millin, PLLC.
